Getting Started

How do I connect my Çiçeksepeti account?

Navigate to Marketplaces → Connected Channels → Click on Çiçeksepeti and enter your API credentials from your seller dashboard.

Products

How often does product sync happen?

By default, products sync every 15 minutes. You can change this in Settings → Sync Preferences or trigger a manual sync anytime.

Orders

What happens when I receive a new order?

Orders are automatically synced to Agora and you'll receive an email notification. The order appears in your Orders dashboard immediately.

Inventory

How do low stock alerts work?

When a product falls below 5 units, you'll see a critical alert. Between 5-20 units triggers a low stock warning. You can customize these thresholds in Settings.

Billing

What are the pricing plans?

Agora offers a free tier for up to 50 products and 100 orders/month. Pro plans start at ₺199/month for unlimited products and advanced features.
